We perform drilling works of CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles. This technology is used for drilling in places with unstable soil conditions, such as peat, sand, gravel. CFA piling is constructed by charging concrete into a hollow stem within an auger. Auger is withdrawn, the pile is filled with concrete, and a reinforcement cage is placed in the pile. We can drill poles up to the depth of 12 meters, with the augers’ diameters measuring 300 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm. We possess two rigs to provide our services. One is triple-axle, the other is quad-axle. Respectively, with the first crane - optimal drilling reach at a distance of 15 meters, depending on the depth of the piles, the maximum possible reach is 18 meters, while the other can reach 20 meters, measuring from the back of the machine. This can be performed solely as a service by renting the machine with its operator, or we can install drilled foundation from marking the axes to grillage foundation.

We can install foundation from beginning to an end. We arrive to a field or a grassland and leave it with the laid foundation and having completed all the works. Foundation can be laid by simple open-hole drilling method when soil is stable, e.g., clay, or by CFA drilling when soil is fine, watery (peat, sand, gravel); by this method, concrete is pumped through hollow stem of an auger, thus preventing the crumbling of walls of the drilled pile. We can lay foundation with extruded polystyrene, ensuring an all-around heating and quality laying.
