When needed, the above mentioned term may be extended for two more months, considering the complexity and number of requests. In such case, Data controller shall notify the Data subject in one month from the day of the request receipt about such extension, accompanied by the reasons for the delay.


Data controller may not create conditions to the Data subject to exercise the above mentioned rights, with the exception of the right to not consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, when in the cases prescribed the law it is needed to ensure the prevention of crime, integrity, and professional ethics violations, investigation and identification, as well as the protection of rights and freedoms of data subject and other persons."
